What was it like being on the first team to make the NCAA playoffs? 

It’s was a very special and exciting experience for all of us. It made us want to push harder the next year and get further.

How hard was it to come back to soccer after taking a year off (did you miss a step)?

It was hard but I prepared my self well to be back out on the field with the girls again.

How hard was it to adjust to college play?

It was hard at first but getting used to the fast level of play and working as a team made us very successful.

What was the hardest thing to learn at the college level?

Being able to manage your time between the social life, the academic life, and the athletic life.

How do you stay “in the game” during the offseason?

A lot and a lot of training in the gym and on your own. Getting into leagues out side of school to keep you in soccer shape.

What originally got you into soccer?

My parents got me a mini soccer ball and I always had it at my feet and fell in love with the game.

How many years have you played soccer?

I have played since I was 5 years old. So I’ve been playing for 15 years.

What is one interesting fact that not everyone would know about you?

I have my motorcycle license.

Where are you from and where did you go to High School?

I am from Pittsburgh! I went to Fox Chapel.

What do you plan on doing after college?

Having a great job in business and to travel the world.

What is your favorite tv show?

Criminal minds.

Who are your favorite sports teams?

Pittsburgh Steelers, Penguins, and Pirates!

What is your favorite food?

Sushi!

What is your favorite movie?

Shooter.

 Do you have a favorite quote?

“This instant is the only time there is.”
