Multiuse Fields
- The multiuse fields will provide additional playing space for the student body
of California University of Pennsylvania. They will help satisfy growing demand by the
intramural program, student activities programs and various sports clubs.
Academic Field Station
- Various academic departments will benefit from new opportunity
to conduct field experiments and various studies hands on. This
field station will serve as a remote class room for professors and students to meet.
Disc Golf Course
- Designed and implemented by the newly formed Disc Golf Club at California
University of Pennsylvania. This 18 hole course takes participants on a challenging
scenic tour of the property.
Pitch and Put Golf Course
- This planned course is for 9 hole par 3 style golf course.
Amphitheater
- This planned amenity will be an open air amphitheater.
Pavilion
- This pavilion will come equipped with an outdoor kitchen, restrooms,
power and a pull down projector screen. It will provide a space for picnics
or unique outdoor business meeting venue.
High and Low Ropes Course

General Use Fields
- This space will provide general open use space that
can be set up depending on various needs. (Band camp, softball, ultimate Frisbee, etc…)

Baseball/Softball Fields
- Once developed, these fields will provide playing surfaces
for the intramural department and club baseball and softball teams.
Gardens
- Currently, SAI has partnered with the campus food service provider, AVI to provide
a garden plot for growing vegetables. In the near future, the garden plots will be
available to California University students, staff, faculty and various academic
departments. Plots can be maintained for personal gardens or as a class project.
Greenhouse
Archery Range
- The multiuse fields in the upper portion of the SAI Farm can
also be set up with various targets and serve as an archery range.
Cross Country Course
- 1.5 mile portion of the California University Cross Country Teams
Track follows along the perimeter of this portion of the SAI Farm property.
The track is currently completed and open to the California University Community
as a walking or running trail.
