STUDENTS! Help us develop our Master Plan for our new property

The Student Association, Inc (SAI) at California University of PA recently expanded the campus footprint with the purchase of 90+ acres of former farm land.  Based upon expanding Cal U student recreational needs the SAI is embarking upon a Master Planning Study of the new property.  The outcome of this Master Plan will provide a roadmap for future student program development.

You are invited to  provide input on the development of this Master Plan. Your input is invaluable in the development and vision on nothing less than a world-class multiuse complex for future generations of students.

An open forum will be held on Thursday, October 28, 2010, from 11:00am 12:30pm in the Carter hall Conference Room. Refreshments will be provided. At this meeting we will be discussing regional and national trends, existing recreational facilities, current student recreational needs and future visions for students.

Please come to the meeting with ideas and recommendations.  Questions can be directed to Mr. Keith Skirpan at Skirpan@calu.edu.

ATTENTION CLUB TREASURERS AND ADVISORS:

Effective July 1, 2010, SAI's account numbers will change. Please disregard any other account information sheet you may have and please be sure to only use one of the eight accounts listed under Expense Account on the new Chart of Accounts [pdf].

As a reminder your account number should be 10 digits in total and generally appears as 03-xxxxx-xxx. The first set of x?s should be a five digit number from the expense account number listing, and the second set of x?s is your club's unique cost center--For example, 03-65320-106. Please contact Nikki Arthur at x4303, or by email at arthur@calu.edu if you have any questions.
