Welcome to the California University of Pennsylvania student chapter of the Wildlife Society! Any and all students interested in participating in outdoor centric, wildlife focused activities are encouraged to join. The Wildlife Society is a great opportunity to gain experience and make contact with Professionals in the Wildlife and Environmental fields.

Meetings are held every Thursday at 11:00 in 300 Frich.

Our History:

Our student chapter became nationally recognized on December 30, 1996. Since then, we have grown to over 70 members! We were established to promote environmental education about wildlife and environmental resources through hands-on opportunities. The Wildlife Society is an international organization of wildlife professionals and students dedicated to excellence in wildlife stewardship though science and education. Every year, the CalU Student Chapter raises funds to send students to the annual Wildlife Society Conference, which helps students to explore jobs and internships, and create opportune networking possibilities.
