About the Publishing the Magazine Class

California University of Pennsylvania’s student-run literary Webzine, The Inkwell, is published every other year by the students in the English Department’s Publishing the Magazine class. This year, 32 students worked in six teams, including Creative Nonfiction, Fiction, Online, Photography, Poetry, and Public Relations. Each student contributed his or her unique talents in selecting, editing, and producing the final product. The staff received 121 submissions from students and staff from the Cal U community. Pamela DelVerne, director of New Media Services for the Student Association and of the Multimedia Center in the Natali Student Center, assisted the Online Team. Associate Professor of English Margo Wilson oversaw the class.
